Stephanie founded REAP Business Association in 2006 as a values-based community of local businesses to green and localize Calgary's economy. Today REAP's 150 members collectively represent $21 billion in revenue, 4300 Calgary area jobs, $25 million in charitable donations, 93 000 volunteer hours and millions of tonnes of CO2 and waste diverted each year. REAP's programming has received a variety of awards for innovation and leadership in commerce and sustainability.
With a strong team in place to manage REAP, Stephanie now consults with purpose-driven businesses and government to scale social and economic impact through social procurement.
